  11. 2 eggs
  12. 400 grams of dark chocolate
  13. 1 cup cream

Steps to make a Chocolate Mud Cake with Qanache Frosting

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place in a mold lined with non-stick paper.
  2. Mix the lemon juice with the milk and save for the sour milk.
  3. Microwave hot coffee butter and chocolate, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Freddo
