- 153 g flour for cake

- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- For royal white cream:
- 1/2 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon meringue powder
- Water, add a teaspoon at a time
- For details about chocolate:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions for making sliced sugar cookies (Tiger Moon for New Years!)
- In a blender connected to a blade, combine butter, cream cheese, and sugar on medium speed and mix (~5 minutes).
- Add eggs and remove from heat and stir until well combined. Add a few drops of orange gel and a few drops of red gel until you get a bright orange color.
- In a separate bowl, combine the other dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients in both groups and mix on low speed until almost combined.

- Transfer the flour to a sticky film, cover tightly, flatten slightly and refrigerate for at least two hours (but it is best to refrigerate overnight).

- Roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch (~6 mm) thickness between two well-lined parchment sheets. Place in the refrigerator (or leave it a little longer) for 20 minutes. This will make it easier to handle and chop the flour.

- Cut with a cat-shaped cookie cutter and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep them an inch or two apart. Collect leftovers and round to make more biscuits, chilling flour as needed.

- Leave the biscuits in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes (this will ensure that the biscuits stay intact in the oven). Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, dip the slices into the dough.
- Allow the biscuits to cool for -5 minutes before removing from the biscuit yard. The biscuits will not turn red on the top, but will slightly fry on the bottom, as shown.

- Prepare royal cream by combining powdered sugar and meringue powder. Add a little water and mix well until thick ice forms.
- Place the ice on the parchment paper peel (or a piping bag with a narrow mouth) and apply the white details as shown.

- For the chocolate, combine the chocolate chunks and extract in a heatproof bowl. Microwave briefly explode (15 to 20 seconds), stirring frequently, until melted and smooth. Cool a little.
- Transfer the chocolate to a parchment paper peel (or an angled-glued plastic bag) and apply as shown on the black details.

- Enjoy! No two should be the same. Allow to dry completely and store biscuits in a closed container at room temperature for 5 days.

- Tip: If there's too much glue in the flour-cooking stage, add a little more flour. If you add too much, the biscuits will become crunchy and soft. If you don't have cake flour, you can make an alternative. Combine 14 tablespoons (114 g) of all-purpose flour, use 2 tablespoons cornstarch and stir. Instead of cake flour, you can use all purpose flour. The texture of the cookies may be a little crunchy. Royal black cream can be used instead of chocolate.
