- Cut into a round cookie cutter 5 cm / 2 inches and place on a baking tray. Toss the pieces of dough again and cut them.

- Refrigerate for an hour. Preheat the oven to 190/374 Fahrenheit. Turn the oven to 170/338 F and bake for 12 minutes.
