- Pour into a pan. Fill a baking sheet with plenty of hot water at 50℃/122F and place it on the baking sheet. If you mix water and boiling water in equal proportion, it will reach about 50℃/122F.

- Bake at 150℃/302F for 27-30 minutes. Cook until the top is a pancake color and dry. Allow to cool completely, cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

- Remove the parchment paper to remove the cake. If the cake does not rise, heat the pan in hot water for 30-50 seconds and then remove it. Flatten and clean with a hot knife. Fill each with whipped cream and voila. If you take it out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, it will become soft and smooth.
