- 1 g (1/5 teaspoon) salt
- 30 g (2 e) milk, chilled

- 50 g (1.75 ounces) pumpkin, peeled and pitted, cut into 1 / 2-1 / 2-inch cubes.
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 35 grams (1.2 ounces) raisins

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon milk

- You will need to use well-chilled butter, so refrigerate it until it is ready to use.
- Cut 50g (1.75 oz) pumpkin into 0.5-1cm cubes, add chopped sugar and water and stir. Soak in cling film and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes; At the side.

- Pour hot water over the raisins to soften them, then drain. At the side.

- Cut 100 grams of pumpkin into small pieces and place in a heat-resistant container. Cover with cling film and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. While heating, grease with butter, add 30 grams (2 e) of milk and mix well. Store in the refrigerator to cool.

- Mix flour, breadcrumbs and baking powder in a large bowl. Add powdered sugar and salt, mix well.

- Remove the cold butter from the fridge and cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Add them to the flour mixture. Cut the butter with a fork and cut into cubes. Rub and then rub your hands into the cubes (quickly so that the butter does not melt) until fine, yellow lumps form.

- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the flour and butter mixture, pumpkin flour and cold milk from the fridge. Add the squid noodles to the flour and butter mixture, stirring in several places. Use a spatula to chop and stir to create a crumbly texture.

- Pour the milk over it while making a circle and fold it until it forms a large lump. Add chopped raisins and pumpkin and wrap tightly.

- Place the dough in cling film. Fold the cling film to cover the dough, pinch, make a rectangle. Remove the foil and place the dough on a baking sheet.

- Sprinkle with flour and spinning pin. Turn it quickly into a 1 cm thick rectangle. Fold down the top third, then fold up the bottom third. Turn dough 90 degrees.

- Finally, roll it into a 1.5 cm / 0.6 (10 x 18 cm / 4 x 7 inch) thick rectangle. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 220 ℃ / 428F.

- After 30-40 minutes, draw 4 sides well to fix it. Cut into 8 equal parts. You need to bleach your knife to cut clean.

- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that it does not touch the cuts. Beat 1 tablespoon milk and egg yolk together. Brush the top with egg white so that the sides do not fall off.

- Set the oven to 200 ℃ / 392 Fahrenheit and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Thank you!
