- First, let the unsalted butter soften at room temperature. Cut macadamia nuts into small pieces. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Sift the cake flour, cocoa and baking powder twice.

- Beat the butter until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, granulated sugar and salt. Mix well for 3-4 minutes until well mixed.
